Cosmic energy!

What is cosmic energy? Many of you might have a vague and one-aspect notion of it, but after reading this article you might be changing the way you look at this.

Have you ever wondered why is meditation good for mind and health? Have you ever thought why there is much emphasis on yoga? It is all because of cosmic energy. Cosmic energy in hindu terms can be referred to as “shakti”. It is the unfettered flow of energy in the form of cosmos throughout the universe. It is the force and energy that maintains the balance of every organism. You cannot destroy or conjure the cosmic energy but can only allow chanellise it through your body. One who channellise it reaps benefits and gets rejuvenated and reinvigorated.

Now you might have started to get confused thinking what is this new energy and how will it control our lives. But what if I say that you wittingly or unwittingly harness the power of cosmic energy from time to time in small portions. Surprised? Let me give you an example. Have you ever observed that a boxer who was almost exhausted suddenly gets into his groove and punches his oppoent down. You call it determination, I call it cosmic energy that had been harnessed from will power. You might have encountered a situation where you magically get over your illness in a night time when you believe you can fight with the disease causing your malaise. You credit your immunity system for it, but where did it suddenly got the energy from? I say, it is from cosmic energy.

Its not easy for one to utilise this widespread engery surrounding us. It requires utmost concentration and this is where meditation and yoga helps. The scope and range of cosmic energy is manifold. It also explains why a positive thinker succeeds in his life and reach greater heights when compared to a negative person. Inculcating positive thoughts draws cosmic energy and your desire will be communicated to the nature and then everything falls before you as you desire. Finding it difficult to believe? Try for yourself!
